Our team of highly experienced designers, fabrication specialists, and machinists work together in understanding your components and designing the optimal manufacturing process required to produce your components at the lowest cost with the highest possible quality consistency. Each manufacturing process stage is accompanied by a detailed process sheet, process flow charts, control plans, and stage drawings that constrain all possible manufacturing variables and ensure perfect repeatability.
Innomation’s team of experienced programmers are equipped with the latest software and hardware capabilities and prepare detailed tooling paths including in-process inspection steps and simulate the entire machining process before manufacturing to ensure that your components are on spec first time and every time.
Our design and manufacturing teams are seamlessly integrated through the Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, and Powermill platforms. All documentation is stored and retrieved from Autodesk vault with secondary backups in our own servers. Data is access controlled and ECN’s are centrally enforced via our custom built production planning and control software.
